Urgently needed -

• Clothes for sizes 5 and up for boys and girls - Pre-loved is welcomed

  Pyjamas are much needed, all sizes   & quality preloved is great! UNDIES!!! We need boys undies and larger sizes for the girls Pledge Here!!! Nappies (disposable), from newborn to walker and pull ups Baby wipes Baby feeding bottles (all sizes) Mini shampoo and Conditioner Toothbrushes and Toothpaste

What goes into a nappy bag?

These items are included in the baby backpacks for the carers. They only need enough items like nappies to get through the first night or until they can get to the supermarket to buy the essentials. For example one pack of 36 nappies would be shared between 6 or 7 backpacks.

What do the older kids and teens get?

Older kids will receive a backpack with two sets of clothes (we try for a set of pjs and other clothes), a teddy, torch, brand new undies, toiletries such as toothbrush/paste, hairwash, brush etc. A blankie is included as well as an activity pack or diary (depending on the age of the kids) and a storybook or novel. If available we also like to include a small toy.

It's really just like packing an overnight or weekend bag for your own child. We put in the kinds of things a parent would send along with their own kids. The children who get the backpacks then have a place to store their things and something of their own in a new place.

Other stuff needed -

Do you know of  a courier or transport service that would donate space to deliver and drop off from either Cairns or Innisfail to a variety of places throughout Australia?

Or a printer willing to print 20,000 flyers for us at no cost? Artwork can be provided in photoshop.

Maybe you know someone who knows someone who purchases pyjamas in bulk and would be willing to share their contact, or let us purchase quantities of 500 mixed sizes at a time!
